Home is about people, memories, and family. It's where you can be yourself and step aside from the world. It's about quality time with loved ones. Our job is to build the house around you that you will call home. It should be beautiful and functional, double unique (WNik) in your own way. At WNik, we understand that a home is an extension of the people. It is our pleasure to care about our relationship with you as much as we care about the quality of your unique home. We strive to make your home not just unique but double unique.
We understand how overwhelming the custom home building process can be. If you don't know what to do, don't worry – that's our job! We will guide you in every step of the way, taking care of you without surprises.

Safety Advantages of concrete home
Strength.
Able to withstand 200 m/hour winds and wind-borne debris
Energy efficiency.Thanks to high energy prices, this benefit is "a close second" in attracting buyers to concrete homes. The thermal mass of the walls and the tight seals at joints enable concrete homes to excel at keeping conditioned air in and extreme temperatures out.
Temperature control.The tight building envelope also means concrete houses have fewer hot and cold zones and less draftiness.
Noise control.Concrete walls filter out noise from outside.
Durability.Concrete does not harbor the insects and rot that can cause frame houses to deteriorate. Concrete houses have a building life expectancy of centuries.
Fire resistance.The concrete won't burn or enable the fire to spread.
Green construction.Not only do they require less energy for heating and cooling, but concrete-walled houses also conserve resources by using fewer wood products. Typically they incorporate lumber only for interior framing (but whatif you deside to use alluminum studs?) . They can provide healthy environments with fewer air-borne allergens, molds and contaminants than most frame houses, and they have cleaner indoor air.
Economic value.Although concrete houses usually cost more to build than frame houses, once constructed, they are veritable saving machines due to lower utility costs. -

Phase 1 What are your ideas? What about your lifestyle would you like us to know? How can we help you? Would you like us to build a new home for you on your property?
It is a good time to email us with your general ideas: Pictures, thoughts, hopes, budget ideas. The more informatons you can provide the better. we prefer to setup a "coffee meeting" to get to know each other.
Phase 2 Preplanning starts. We will develop the design concept with schematic design and estimated budget. We build digital building model of your custom home. The interactive home gives you 3D idea of your home before final design and construction begins. Upon approval of the drawings and concept, we will get final pricing for your project and present you with a construction proposal.
Phase 3 Once you accept the construction proposal an dsign contract we submit the project to an architect and designers for construction drawings and interior concepts. We will set up a selection schedule that will include allowances within your budget for interior/exterior selections. we will assist you during the selection process and help make this time both fun and easy. We are also happy to work with vendors that you too have chosen.
Phase 4 The construction. We schedule process as it is a critical part of our project management system. You, engineers, trade contractors, and suppliers are all tied into the same system to carefully manage scheduling, selections, and communication. You will have your personal, all time project manager.
Phase 5 Enjoy your new home.

This picture is unique in many ways!
It reflects my inspiration in life. Place where I live. Things that I treasure the most. I am the first-generation American who came to United States 6 years ago in search of new life for our 2 sons. Both of my son's name starts with Nik. They are my double uniqueness.
Most of my life
I was doing construction, design and decoration. I really like contemporary eco style in my construction ideas. I feel great joy and comfort in simple design of straight lines. Minimalism combined with eco design comfort my spirit and calms me down. Simple and effective use of space is very important for me
I believe that
future of construction in Texas belongs to concrete. Severe weather conditions play a huge role in it. Risks of tornados, hail, strong winds have little effect on concrete buildings. It could sound expensive but in long term it will pay for itself.
